Must possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills along with strong facilitation and presentation skills, and the ability to bring a project team to consensus on issues. Must be able to communicate difficult/sensitive information in a diplomatic and tactful way. Demonstrated capability to successfully handle multiple project teams and multiple tasks simultaneously and under strict deadlines. Demonstrated knowledge of and practical application of formal project management methodologies, including PMI's PMBOK® Guide. Experience using project management software, including Microsoft Project, is preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of formal business analysis methodologies, including IIBA's BABOK® Guide preferred. Demonstrates a high level of initiative and independence. Experience in health care is preferred. **EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Information Systems required.
