Program Manager is responsible to ensure milestones and financial commitments are achieved by facilitating cross functional teams to achieve results and report results to Senior Management. LD2WC program manager is an integral part of Large Drives (LD) Business Unit and will report into the director of Programs and Strategy for Large Drives. **Responsibilities** **Program Management of Large Drive growth programs. Facilitate teams to execute initiatives and provide updates to senior management on status of program.** Interact and communicate with Headquarters program manager to ensure that there is alignment with US and HQ on program deliverables and status of global programs. Support strategic marketing studies that are needed for the segment. Role is to identify growth opportunities for business and prepare business case to present to senior management. Support senior management with data analysis on markets, market share, heat maps, market transparency and develop/ create meaningful dashboards and presentations to tell the big picture story. Support Business Development by providing customized project opportunities through data mining and searches **Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience** BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience Product knowledge about motors and drives Typically 8-10 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Responsibilities Less than 20% travel required Ability to influence without authority and gain buy-in from all stakeholders Pro-actively manage schedules and deliverable due dates Strong Excel and Sharepoint skills Strong communication and presentation skills Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
