+ Develop the strategy and content for a variety of corporate messaging materials—including the Dell Technologies Corporate Story, Quarterly Messaging for Dell Spokespeople, and the Spokesperson Central intranet resource—to ensure consistent and compelling messaging, facts and data are used as a foundation for all company external and internal communications
+ Program manage the Global Communications Business Leadership Program, ensuring alignment across the communications teams to deliver the most compelling content that highlights Dell leadership across a number of key corporate areas, such as corporate reputation, market performance, innovation, corporate social responsibility, diversity & inclusion, and more
+ Increase the effectiveness, appeal and reach of corporate messaging deliverables through strategic/big-picture thinking, strong storytelling, creative execution and promotion, and measurement
+ Work collaboratively with resources and stakeholders across the company to establish/improve processes to surface the most compelling and useful content, and ensure corporate messaging deliverables are always accurate and up to date
+ Provide corporate messaging guidance and counsel as needed to colleagues and project teams within Global Communications and in other areas of the company
+ Advanced knowledge in some of the following communications strategy (internal/external), concepts tools and techniques, including Digital media, media relations, executive communications, etc.
+ Typically requires 12+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8+ years with a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience
+ Jive platform experience (and/or some level of HTML programming) would be helpful, but not mandatory
